Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

All items are made to order, meaning we do not hold stock. If you have ordered more than 1 item then these may arrive at separate times. Although we do state 7 to 14 working days for delivery, under normal circumstances all products are produced and dispatched within 3 working days, so we do work to get your order to you sooner.

Some of our products are in collaboration with printing companies and in this case your item may arrive towards the later timeframe in mind.

Can my order be expedited?

JJ will always try to ship your order as fast as possible whilst maintaining the high level of quality control procedures which are put in place.

Your order is shipped direct from our production facility in the UK and every item is handmade to order. Time and care goes into custom making each JJ Barrs Art product.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally, however shipping is quoted based on delivery country and size of order. Please email jjbarrsart@gmail.com for a quote

Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Firstly, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you have likely already ordered a product or are considering ordering a product from us. Which means we owe you a "thank you!" Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy JJ Barrs Art customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...

In all scenarios below, our policies last for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you an exchange, return or refund.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, faulty or you have received an item different to the one ordered, please inform us via email at your very earliest convenience, and we will be happy organise to replace, exchange or fully refund the item for you as swiftly as humanly possible.

Items Ordered in Error / Change of Mind

We take considerable time and effort to ensure that our product descriptions and images are an accurate reflection of the product you will receive, but we do appreciate that sometimes we all change our minds or make the occasional error. In the event that you have ordered something in error (wrong size, wrong colour etc.) or simply changed your mind, we ask that you Email Us before we have dispatched your order. We will be happy to replace, exchange or issue a store credit/gift card to the value of the item,  You will be responsible for all shipping costs in the return of your item. All original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued where appropriate.

Exclusions

We are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds for Gift Cards for Artwork you have commissioned JJ to produce exclusively for you, including any named or personalised options and bulk orders.

The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.
