Thank you for your continued support, made to order items are made for you and some of these items are out sourced by other small businesses to uphold an outstanding quality and to free my crafty hands up to bring more items to you.

Some items are sourced from other countries, in this case you will receive delivery updates once your item is made and this could state shipping from another country. while i always try to source locally or make everything myself, when this is not possible for an item at this current stage, weather due to environmental factors or quality we will source another company to make the product on my behalf. your order will always be made and shipped to you as quickly as possible and I will be in touch with any deviations to this.

we hope most orders will be made within 3 days and shipped with up to 5 days postage however for reasons beyond our control, sometimes this may be longer, especially where a painting or original art piece has been requested. this is the reason for the longer shipping dates stated at check out.
